To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@laurgreen.de. We will provide you with instructions and a return authorization.
Pack the soap securely in a shipping box or padded envelope to prevent any damage during transit.
Include a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase inside the package.
Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer support team.
Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned soap, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If the returned soap meets the eligibility criteria, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Please allow a minimum of 15 days for the refund to be processed. The exact processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items:

We cannot offer refunds on any used or damaged soap, unless the damage occurred during shipping.
Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange your soap for a different variant or product, please follow the return process and place a new order separately.

Cancellation Policy:

After this time, cancellation may not be possible as the order may have entered the shipping process. We recommend contacting us immediately for the best chance of cancellation.
2. Order Processing: Our team strives to process orders promptly to ensure timely shipping. Once an order has entered the processing stage, cancellation may not be feasible. We will inform you of the status of your order and advise whether cancellation is still possible.
3. Shipped Orders: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may follow our return process as outlined in our Refund and Returns Policy (as in the “Return Process” section) if you no longer wish to keep the product.
4. We recommend carefully reviewing your order details before completing the payment process to avoid the need for cancellation.
