Pack the soap securely in a shipping box or padded envelope to prevent any damage during transit.
Include a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase inside the package.
Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer support team.
Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned soap, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If the returned soap meets the eligibility criteria, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Items:
